Sir Patrick Henry Dean, GCMG, (born 16 March 1909, died 5 November 1994)[1] was Permanent Representative of the United Kingdom to the United Nations from 1960 to 1964 and British Ambassador to the United States from 1965 to 1969.
He was also a Chairman of the Joint Intelligence Committee.[2]
